Rental conditions

A 50% deposit will be required upon reservation.
The balance must be paid one month before arrival.

Security deposit: a check for 50% of the rental price will be requested upon arrival.

Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the villa.
Arrival from 3 pm and departure before 10 am.
